Return Window: Request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions:

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Cleansed or charged crystals (e.g., with moonlight/water) cannot be returned – their energy bond is personal. Unused crystals in original state are returnable.

Natural Variations:Raw crystals are Earth’s unique artworks – natural variations in color, texture, or shape do not qualify as defects. Compare your crystal’s energy, not appearance. See examples of natural variations.

Crystals altered after delivery (e.g., drilled, cleansed with water if non-water-safe)

Ship Back: Send items to (your return address) via tracked mail. You cover return shipping unless the error is ours.

Refund/Exchange: Processed within 5 business days after inspection.
