💎 Authenticity & Quality
Why does my crystal look different from the photo?
This is the beauty of nature! Unlike factory-made glass, natural crystals are perfectly imperfect. Your piece may feature unique characteristics such as:
- Inclusions: Cloudy mists or “flocculent” patterns inside the stone.
- Ice Cracks: Natural internal fractures that refract light (rainbows!).
- Color Zoning: Slight variations in hue or depth.
These are not defects; they are proof that your stone is 100% genuine and Earth-mined. This means the piece you receive is exclusive to you—no one else in the world has the exact same one.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Good things take time. Because every piece of jewelry is hand-knotted to order, please allow:
- Production Time: 3-4 business days (for our artisans to craft your piece).
- Shipping Time: 15-20 business days (Standard International Shipping).
You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your package ships so you can follow its journey.
How much is shipping?
We offer FREE Shipping on all orders over $100 USD.
For orders under $100, we charge a flat rate of $15 USD to ensure safe, tracked delivery worldwide.

What payment methods do you accept?
To ensure maximum security for your transaction, we currently accept PayPal. You can pay using your PayPal balance or any major credit/debit card linked to your PayPal account.

What is your return policy?
We want you to bond with your crystal. However, due to the energetic nature of our products, we have specific guidelines:
- Damaged Items: If your package arrives severely damaged during delivery, please email us photos within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement immediately.
- Standard Returns: Because each crystal is “assigned” to you energetically upon delivery, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if you are truly unhappy, please contact support, and we will do our best to find a solution.
- Note: For non-defect returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
